The hotel staff are all competent and deserve commendation for their exceptional service. It's great that they have a Michelin star rated restaurant for breakfast.

The breakfast was large and great affordable, the staff was reasonably good, the grounds were fairly clean. The staff provided really great service and assisted us with booking. Got well-maintained and extremely pleasant room with an exceedingly comfortable bed when arrived, appreciated that. The location was magnificent, not too far away from Central Chidlom.

My room with shower and great views, for example was decent sized and nice styled.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room had a cool, modern vibe. the facilities were top-notch. I came for a trip and I'd definitely come back. Can't wait to experience it again! 😊

Muse hotel is absolutely gorgeous place with a great sense of style and elegant design. Everything is new and clean. However, be ready for unexpected bills such as wi-fi connection. They we supposed to charge 428 BHT per room per 24 hrs, in the end it happened to be the price per device. I find it cheap for a hotel with such reputation to safe money on the guests comfort. The hotel is not cheap already. Other then that our experience staying in the Muse was enjoyable.

The design of the rooms and the whole hotel was remarkable and unique, it is absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was a treat.

In the early morning check-out period there was a lot of stress around reception as many people were checking out and looking for cars etc- in this situation I had to wait for quite a while to check out, in addition, documents I sent for printing the previous night, were never found- so there was a bit of confusion.

The hotel is conveniently situated in a central area close to the nearest train station and various shops, including both luxury and more affordable options.

Good location near Chit Lom BTS station and the central world shopping mall , The hotel design is very nice , The front desk are very helpful and always smiling.
